| I. Background | |
| 白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体 B (LILRB)家族成员是髓细胞活化的负调节因子。LILRBs 属 于 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，为免疫抑制性受体，现在已知的 LILRBs 包括 LILRB1、LILRB2、 LILRB3、LILRB4、LILRB5。 LILRB 可广泛结合 MHC-I 类分子，之后发现其配体还包括非 HLA 血管生成素样 （ANGPTL）蛋白家族、S100A8、S100A9、APOE、骨髓基质细胞抗原 2（BST2）。 ANGPTL 是一类主要由肝脏分泌的糖蛋白家族，除 ANGPTL8 外，所有这些蛋白都具有一 个 N 端卷曲螺旋结构域和一个 C 端纤维蛋白原样结构域。迄今为止，已鉴定出 8 ANGPTL （ANGPTL1-ANGPTL8），它们均能作为血管生成素调节血管生成。 |
